Cystic Fibrosis Activist, Claire Wineland, Has Passed Away
Claire Wineland, the young woman who made a name for herself through writing and speaking about her mortality and experience with Cystic Fibrosis, passed away earlier this month at the age of 21. The cause of death was a massive stroke that occurred after she had a double-lung transplant.
